Here are some quick tips to help fully leverage LinkedIn to market your brand,  Create your Information Hub When creating your company page, make it a one-stop shop for information. Design your page accordingly with your company logo, a matching banner and company description. By adding the correct information it makes your company easier to find. Accessibility and availability is key to growing your LinkedIn community. The more details you add in your description the better search ability your page has. Just like your website SEO (search engine optimization) is crucial. Add your website, blog, and social media platforms. The more detail you add the more people will find you! Gain Followers Building a following on LinkedIn in just as important as having a LinkedIn. Without a following you're comparable to the tree that falls in the forest with no one around…does it make a sound? Start with connecting with your employees. They already know your company and should be your brands best advocates. Have them link to your page on their LinkedIn profiles and other social media. Next, get your customers as followers. Adding a LinkedIn follow button to your website, email signatures and other social media outlets. The easier you make this for them, the more likely they will join your community. Take Part in the LinkedIn Community Joining LinkedIn Groups is a way to get your name in front of people that wouldn't have seen it originally. Groups have people talking about like topics, find one where your brand fits in and get the conversation going. If you join in conversation your brand awareness increases therefore traffic will increase. The more engagement you get from your followers the better your brand looks and the more reliable you look. Word of mouth advertising isn't dead, its just transformed itself into likes and reposts on all social media platforms. Compare a like to a good review from your neighbor, expect instead of one person hearing it you have millions seeing it, in one shot. Advertise Sometimes it pays off to go beyond what just a page can offer you. If you're willing to spend the extra buck, ads and sponsored updates can put your brand in front of people that would have never found you to begin with. LinkedIn has such a wide variety of people that giving a little for paid exposure can result in a lot of earned revenue. Track progress Watch your progress and take notes.
